Prospect Strategy Analyst (Multiple Positions)

Responsibilities
Identify new prospective donors and provide relevant analysis, insights, or reports on constituents.
Serve as a thought partner on portfolio and relationship management strategies for assigned colleges, schools, and units.
Support development officers in the creation and documentation of comprehensive relationship management strategies.
Conduct portfolio reviews and recommend portfolio management strategies to ensure portfolios are optimized and support fundraising growth.
Prepare basic research reports to support engagement and solicitation strategies for donors, alumni, and other constituents.
Analyze constituent data sets to identify and recommend pools of prospective donors.
Provide guidance and support to assigned development officers related to annual planning, goal setting, and longer‑term campaign planning.
Assist with long‑term planning and goal setting of the department, support administrative duties to the department director, and act as a secondary point of contact in the director’s absence.
Strategy Development

Assists With RPM Management Duties & Other
Support long‑term planning and goal setting of the department.
Provide assistance with administrative duties to the department director as assigned.
Act as a secondary point of contact for the department in the absence of the director.
Other duties as required.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree and two years of experience; or high school diploma or equivalent and six years of experience.
Valid FL or GA Driver’s License or the ability to obtain upon hire.
Considerations
This is an A&P position.
Position requires successful completion of a criminal history background check.
This position is advertised as open until filled.
