The Construction Manager leads planning, coordination, and execution of projects from pre-construction through closeout. This role manages schedule, budget, subcontractors, and on-site activities to deliver safe, high quality work on time and within scope. Typical projects include commercial, industrial, and data center environments. Benefits

Plan, organize, and manage projects from kickoff through closeout. Build and maintain the master schedule, look-ahead schedules, and recovery plans when needed. Own the project budget, cost tracking, and monthly forecasts. Lead on-site activities and daily coordination with supervisors, superintendents and subcontractors. Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements. Run regular progress meetings and issue concise updates to leadership and stakeholders. Review drawings, specifications, submittals, RFIs, and change orders to identify and mitigate risk. Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and vendors to resolve issues quickly. Oversee procurement and delivery of materials, equipment, and services to meet schedule. Drive punch list completion, commissioning support, O&M handoff, and closeout documentation. Champion a strong safety culture and continuous improvement on every site. All other duties and responsibilities as assigned Requirements

Support proactive planning to mitigate safety risks before project kickoff. Comply with the EH&S Policy and applicable regulatory and company EH&S rules and requirements. Attend scheduled EH&S training program. Actively support the organization’s efforts to meet or exceed EH&S goals and plans. Recommend improved EH&S practices. Ensures lockout procedures are followed any time the equipment is being cleaned or maintained. Practices and enforces safe work habits and follows general safety procedures such as proper lifting and bending, ergonomics, proper use of equipment and use of personal protection equipment (PPE). Minimum Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Five (5) or more years of construction management experience on commercial, industrial, or data center projects or equivalent. Combination of education and experience. Proficiency with project management and scheduling tools such as Procore, Microsoft Project, or Primavera. Working knowledge of building codes, OSHA requirements, and industry best practices. Demonstrated ability to deliver projects on time and within budget. PMP, CCM, or LEED accreditation, preferred. Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Experience leading MEP coordination, startup, and commissioning on complex projects, preferred. Leadership and team development. Budgeting and financial oversight. Contract administration and vendor management. Schedule development, tracking, and recovery. Risk identification and mitigation. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities. Physical Requirements

Work is performed in an office and on active construction sites. Must be able to stand, walk, climb stairs or ladders, and lift up to 25 pounds as needed. Use of required personal protective equipment on site. Ability to sit or stand for extended periods while reviewing plans or working at a computer. Ability to travel to project sites and client meetings as required. Visual and auditory ability sufficient to interact with clients, review technical documents, and ensure safety in field settings. Travel to project sites as required. Estimated travel: 50%.
