Prepare Medicare/Medicaid cost reports and develop supporting schedules in compliance with government principles Analyze and classify new cost centers to ensure accurate expense allocation Extract and analyze compliant data using business intelligence software to identify variances Stay current with CMS and State Medicaid regulations, communicating implications to leadership Collaborate with cross-functional teams and assist during audits by external parties What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor\'s degree in a related field 7+ years of work experience in a related job discipline 4+ years of Medicare cost reporting experience Proficiency in MS Excel, Access, and Business Intelligence software Familiarity with CMS Medicare/Medicaid cost reports and various related worksheets How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
