Senior Finance Analyst – USA Finance Team
We are looking for a
Senior Finance Analyst
to join the
USA Finance team , reporting directly to the Country Finance Manager. This position is based at our
Marelli NA HQ in Shelbyville, TN . Hybrid work is offered at the manager’s discretion.
Join Marelli as a Senior Finance Analyst, where you will take charge of maintaining, guiding, and overseeing the general ledger for multiple legal entities and business unit reporting, working closely with our Global Business Service (GBS) team to ensure accurate accounting and reconciliation processes.
Your Responsibilities
Oversee the
general ledger
and
financial reporting
for multiple legal entities and business units
Coordinate external audits and ensure compliance with accounting policies and standards
Ensure accurate accounting treatments for US legal entities, adhering to local and IFRS guidelines
Maintain documentation for business processes related to new and existing programs
Qualifications
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in general ledger accounting, with a proven track record in workflow documentation
Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
Experience in a manufacturing environment within a large multinational company is preferred
Spanish fluency is an advantage but not essential
CPA credential and familiarity with SAP/OneStream are desirable but not mandatory
