Tax Senior or Supervisor up to $125K
Job Title: Tax Senior or Supervisor
Location: Orlando, FL
Salary: Up to $180K Base DOE
Type: Full-Time
Requirements: CPA
Responsibilities
Prepare and review complex federal, state, and local tax returns for individuals, partnerships, corporations, and trusts
Conduct tax research and stay current on tax law changes and IRS regulations
Assist in managing client relationships and proactively communicate with clients on tax matters
Mentor and review work of junior staff and interns
Identify tax planning opportunities and provide strategic advice to clients
Collaborate with other departments on tax-related matters (e.g., audit support, advisory projects)
Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements and best practices
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s in Taxation a plus)
CPA license or progress toward CPA certification required
3+ years of recent public accounting or corporate tax experience
Proficient in tax preparation software (e.g., CCH Axcess, ProSystem fx, UltraTax) and Microsoft Office Suite
Strong technical knowledge of U.S. federal and state tax laws
Excellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Compensation & Benefits Compensation:
Salary based on experience but can be upwards of $180K base
