Executive Recruiter | Marketing, Digital & Creative | Southern California LHH is working with one of our great Napa wine companies looking to bring on a Sales Representative to their Napa office on a permanent basis. In this role you must be eager to grow accounts and utilize your understanding of wine to foster relationships and drive business. You must have experience working with wine in some capacity, as well as a passion for the industry. Ideal candidates will have 2+ years of b2b sales experience.
The organization seeks a motivated and gregarious individual to join their team on a permanent basis with the ability to utilize network connections and industry experience to help drive sales of the product. The team operates in a hybrid setting out of their
Napa
office, expected to be in office as well as out in the field. This role offers a pay range of
$65,000-$75,000 + bonus , depending on experience and qualifications as well as dental medical benefits and PTO.
Key Responsibilities:
Cultivate winery engagement by organizing consistent outreach efforts across the region to showcase product offerings and drive territory performance.
Deliver tailored solutions through strategic conversations with production stakeholders, emphasizing how offerings align with operational needs and timelines.
Strengthen regional presence by nurturing existing winery relationships and identifying new business prospects within the premium wine packaging space.
Oversee complex sales journeys, ensuring proactive support, timely follow-ups, and alignment with seasonal bottling cycles and design approvals.
Maintain performance discipline by tracking activity benchmarks, updating CRM records, and managing budgets to support revenue targets and incentive eligibility.
Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure smooth execution of customer requests, while staying informed on market shifts and competitor positioning.
Qualifications:
2+ years of b2b sales experience in wine, packaging, or related materials
Proven success meeting/exceeding sales targets and building relationships in the industry
Understanding of winemaking and/or packaging
Strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication
