Collins Aerospace, a business unit of Raytheon Technologies, is seeking a strong candidate to join the Power and Controls segment, as a Senior Manager on the CSCL Team (Collins Management System Supply Chain Lead) team.
What You Will Do
Lead the Aftermarket CSCL team as the supply chain lead for the site, primarily supporting Rockford and Windsor Locks operations. Serve as the primary point of contact for Aftermarket teams; own and develop the supply chain strategy and performance for the site and act as the conduit into supply chain for other functions.
Assess historical trends, analyze current environment, and stay connected to a broad network across Power & Controls to anticipate, mitigate, and prevent supply chain risks.
Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams including supply chain, operations, engineering, quality, and value stream to identify root causes of supply chain issues and implement short- and long-term solutions.
Develop the supply chain strategy and operational goals tied to site performance and future growth; implement new processes, standards, and operational plans to support the strategy.
Manage cross-functional supplier process evaluations and identify improvement opportunities aligned with organizational goals; support occasional supplier visits.
Present to executives and external customers.
Develop, analyze, and utilize metrics to measure and improve site supply chain performance.
Support monthly sales & operations planning.
Provide guidance and training; mentor and equip team members, business leaders, and staff with practical expertise.
Qualifications You Must Have
Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 10 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience.
