What You Do As a sales representative in our Sports Medicine specialty, you’ll be the face of Stryker products. You will lead sales pitches and demo meetings, work with cross‑divisional sales reps to set strategic goals, participate in trade shows, analyze market territory, manage inventory reports, negotiate prices and terms of transactions, and solve product problems for customers. You will act as a subject‑matter expert, educating doctors, nurses, and staff on product use and maintenance. Your role offers flexibility to focus on activities that bring the most value to customers and the market.
What You Need
Bachelor’s degree required.
2–5 years of experience in an outside sales position (medical related fields preferred).
Must be able to drive an automobile.
Must be able to travel overnight 50% of the time annually.
Confident communicator who can lead sales conversations and persuade others.
Charismatic networker who builds powerful relationships.
Strategic closer who consistently exceeds quarterly sales quota.
Trusted partner who serves as a product knowledge expert.
Competitive achiever who strives to fulfill Stryker’s mission.
Ability to generate growth in sports medicine sales and train doctors on product usage.
Responsibilities And Duties
Promote and sell Stryker Endoscopy products to enable faster recovery from sports‑related injuries.
Strategically engage healthcare professionals to improve patient outcomes.
Deliver product demonstrations, manage territory, and maintain inventory accuracy.
Negotiate contracts, resolve issues, and provide ongoing customer support.

Compensation Base salary: $50,000 (plus commission and/or bonuses).
