Location Grove City Methodist Hospital, Grove City, Ohio – a brand-new 26‑bed, suburban community hospital.
Position Overview This role is responsible for leading the emergency department, collaborating with hospital and nursing leadership, and providing support to physician staff.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the operations of the ED in collaboration with nursing leadership and hospital administration.
Supervise the EM staff per bylaws, policies, and procedures of the institution.
Represent the ED in the community and within the hospital medical staff.
Collaborate with hospital and nursing leadership while offering support to Physician staff.
Serve as a leader both within the emergency department and across the organization.
Facilitate the development of new leaders and influence broad company decisions.
Qualifications Prior experience as an Emergency Medicine Medical Director or equivalent clinical leadership role is required. Candidates must hold an active medical license and DEA registration.

Low to moderate acuity; serious patients transferred to nearby Grant and Doctor’s Hospital.
Fully equipped with GlideScope and ED ultrasound; ultrasound service 12 hours/day.
Experienced nursing staff, techs, and secretaries.
Active in EMS with three dedicated EMS companies in Grove City.
CT and full‑service radiology and lab on‑site.
Central Transfer Center for efficient transfers via an established referral network.
Salary $155,000 – $175,000 per year.
