Job Description This position requires office presence of a minimum of 5 days per week and is only located in the location(s) posted. No relocation is offered. Responsible for implementing, improving, supporting and leading the processes, strategies, communications and tools for technical organizations to enhance operational efficiency and competitive advantage in technical business areas. Must have a thorough knowledge of the technical organization (processes, procedures, tools, applications, systems, etc.) coupled with a strong business background.

What You’ll Do Typical tasks may include, but are not limited to, the following:

Knowledge and experience with Azure, SQL Server, Snowflake, Java and related platforms.

Coordinates internal technical support and vendor/offshore resources to ensure accurate and on‑time daily production, resolving referential integrity issues, defects, and maintenance.

Interacts with peers and leadership within and across multiple groups and workstreams as well as external vendors and technical support.

Discretion and independent decision making.

Sets, evaluates, manages, and changes daily/weekly system processing, prioritizes defects, maintenance, and system fixes.

Tests and evaluates for referential integrity issues between key tables and processes and determines solutions and implementation affecting internal teams, external groups, and clients.

Internal Process Design and Implementation: Define, design, and implement processes and process improvement within the technical organization. Deploy tools and implement Agile methodology.

Compliance Support: Manage audit and compliance reviews; conduct process and quality reviews and audits; oversee disaster recovery and business continuity planning.

Planning and Strategy: Coordinate infrastructure programs and manage roadmaps. Engage in strategic and tactical planning activities. Create communications for technical organizations.

What You’ll Need

Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) in Computer Science or Business; 5+ years of related experience.

Certification required in some areas.

Salary & Benefits Our Lead Tech Business Mgmt earns between $118,800 and $178,200. The individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
