Senior Financial Analyst

What You’ll Do
Collaborate with executives, stakeholders, and technical teams to shape reporting, forecasting, and economic analysis.
Lead financial planning cycles (LTP, AOP, ACP), delivering insights and presentations to senior leadership.
Analyze financial and operational data to identify risks, opportunities, and process improvements.
Design and implement future-state business processes aligned with strategic goals.
Drive cross‑functional engagement to gain buy‑in and support for change initiatives.
Interpret trends and patterns in large datasets to influence business outcomes.
✅ What You Bring
5+ years of experience in financial analysis, with at least 3 years in a senior analyst role.
Strong accounting/finance foundation and deep understanding of financial operations.
Advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, nested formulas, Index/Match).
Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial statement analysis.
Exceptional communication and relationship‑building skills.
Proven ability to influence without authority and lead change initiatives.
Experience with audits, risk assessment, and identifying cost‑saving opportunities.
Familiarity with SAP and process improvement methodologies is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Data Analysis, or related field.
Professional certifications (ITIL, PMO, IIBA) are a plus.
