LHH is seeking a Plant Controller to lead financial operations, drive cost efficiencies, and partner with leadership to support growth and transformation. This is a high-impact role with visibility across plant and corporate leadership. Responsibilities
Lead and develop a high-performing accounting team Own budgeting, forecasting, and monthly financial reporting Analyze production, labor, and inventory costs to identify savings Manage fixed assets and capital expenditure requests Ensure accurate GL postings and AP coding Present financial results to senior leadership Support BOM costing and KPI reporting Skills
Prior cost accounting in a manufacturing environment Financial modeling and analysis-advanced in Excel Strong leadership qualities Inventory & Fixed asset management Qualifications
5+ years cost accounting 2+ years of leadership over accounting Experience in food, retail or CPG (plus) Salary range: $110,000-$140,000 + Bonus Employment Type:
Direct Hire, 4 days on site Benefits
$110,000-$140,000 + Bonus Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
