Accounting Manager
to join their dynamic and fast‑growing team in Los Angeles. This is an incredible opportunity to work directly with C‑suite executives and play a key role in driving the accounting and financial strategy of a globally recognized brand.
Base pay range:
$100,000 – $130,000 per year

Key Responsibilities
Month‑End Close & Reporting – lead the monthly close process, preparing reconciliations, accruals, and financial workpapers; deliver timely, insightful reports and variance analyses for leadership review.
Vendor Oversight – manage relationships with outsourced accounting partners, ensuring quality control, clear communication, and fast turnaround on AP, AR, and payroll tasks.
Payroll & Payables Management – oversee payroll reviews, vendor payments, and compliance with tax and labor filings; ensure all disbursements are accurate, approved, and properly recorded.
Cash & Inventory Control – maintain daily cash tracking and short‑term forecasts, reconcile inventory and COGS monthly to support reliable reporting and cost analysis.
Systems & Process Improvement – support system upgrades and automation projects, including the migration to QuickBooks Online and integration of financial tools; standardize procedures to enhance consistency and control.
Compliance & Audit Support – partner with external auditors, tax advisors, and internal stakeholders to maintain compliance and ensure timely completion of reporting obligations.
Must‑Have Qualifications
4+ years of experience in accounting or finance operations, specifically within wholesale, retail, or manufacturing.
2+ years of experience in a management role.
Solid understanding of reconciliations, accruals, monthly close and COGS.
Prior experience managing outsourced bookkeeping, AP, or payroll vendors.
Proficiency with QuickBooks Online, Excel/Google Sheets, and financial workflow tools.
Highly organized and detail‑oriented with excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
