Primary Purpose This position coordinates and develops stakeholder outreach strategies for company‑wide workforce development initiatives. The role builds alliances with community groups, municipalities, and external stakeholders, maintains relationships with suppliers, vendors, and workforce boards, and provides strategic external stakeholder engagement in Exelon’s service territory. The position may require extended hours during storms or other energy delivery emergencies.

Primary Duties

Coordinate and evaluate the implementation of projects, programs, and business initiatives involving stakeholder outreach strategies. Build alliances with community groups, municipalities, and external stakeholders to advance critical initiatives. (50%)

Coordinate and report on process, project, and initiative assignments. Develop performance indicators and tracking mechanisms to monitor and report results. Prepare, review, and analyze reports, controls, and financial/operational information for specific projects and initiatives. (40%)

Attend key stakeholder meetings and report relevant information to affected company areas. Monitor filings and other documents, track and obtain feedback from external stakeholder outreach. (5%)

Serve as the point‑of‑contact for Exelon workforce development initiatives in the assigned regions, develop and integrate planning strategies, direct teams, and efficiently allocate cross‑functional resources. (5%)

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a business or related field with 2–4 years of related experience, or equivalent experience (3–6 years).

Strong project management skills and comprehensive understanding of applicable standards, processes, and performance metrics.

Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Basic knowledge of the electric utility industry and current industry issues.

Relationship‑building experience with external community partners, government agencies, and vendors.

Advanced proficiency in standard software applications (e.g., Microsoft Project, Visio, Excel, PowerPoint).

Willingness to travel overnight, as needed.

Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, including financial and negotiation abilities.

Ability to build consensus, establish trust, and meet critical deadlines across multiple tasks.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in training, teaching, or mentoring.

Experience with youth support organizations.

Annual salary: $68,000.00–$93,500.00, plus annual bonus eligibility.
