ESS Clinical is hiring
Speech‑Language Pathologists (SLPs)
to support Denver Public Schools. Enjoy guaranteed hours, weekday stability, and competitive compensation for both direct and indirect time.
Looking to transition into a school‑based role but don’t have your Colorado Department of Education (CDE) licensure yet? If you have the proper SLP credentials, we’ll assist you with the licensure process. Join a therapist‑led team that values professional freedom while offering the structure of a school schedule.
Pay & Status Pay starting from $67/hr up to $77/hr. W2 and 1099 opportunities are available. No non‑competes in our contracts.
Requirements
Master's degree in Speech‑Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
Colorado Department of Education License required at start date.
Experience in a school‑based setting preferred but not required.

Role Responsibilities
Conduct assessments and provide therapy to students with speech and language disorders.
Develop and implement treatment plans to address students' individual needs.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to promote students' academic and social success.
Monitor and document student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
Participate in IEP meetings and maintain compliance with state and federal regulations.
