Pain Clinic - Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant (full-time) – Henry Ford Health Jackson Henry Ford Health Jackson is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our Pain Clinic team, working 40 hours per week. 95% outpatient / 5% inpatient. 100% adult caseload. Weekend and OR time are not required. Location: 1201 E Michigan Ave Suite 200 Jackson, MI 49201. Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of acute and chronic pain conditions. Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care through evaluation, treatment planning, and follow-up in collaboration with attending physicians and the care team. Assist in education, care coordination, and communication with patients and families. Partner with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe and efficient patient outcomes. Qualifications
Master’s degree in nursing. Current certification as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA). Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse and as an NP or PA in Michigan, or in the process of applying (proof of application required). Current BLS; ACLS/ATLS/PALS provider status as required by the department; DEA/CSL through credentialing. National certification as an NP or PA (e.g., ANCC/AANP for NP or NCCPA for PA). Licensure and certification requirements differ for NPs and PAs (e.g., DEA/licensure details noted in original posting). Experience: new graduates with prior nursing experience encouraged to apply; EPIC experience preferred. Desired Skills
