Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Automotive Service Advisor located in St James, NY. The Automotive Service Advisor will be responsible for managing vehicle maintenance schedules, coordinating automotive repair services, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Other duties include providing excellent customer service, communicating with customers about their vehicle needs, and keeping accurate records of services and transactions.
Qualifications
Knowledge of Vehicle Maintenance and Automotive Repair
Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills
Ability to work efficiently and in a fast-paced environment
Experience in the automotive industry is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or education is advantageous
