The Junior AE Development Program We are seeking ambitious talent with the potential to become a Senior Account Executive (AE). Your development is our priority, with clear milestones for growth.
Structured Mentorship:
Join a supportive team of experienced sales reps and Level 4 team leads, ensuring ample hands‑on mentorship.
Daily Coaching:
Receive daily coaching sessions during your first month to ensure you are ramping up effectively.
Progression Transparency:
Progress through
four levels
with increasing responsibility and earning potential before promotion to AE.
Pipeline Generation:
Your key focus will be outbound prospecting and building sales pipeline for our cutting‑edge AI platform.
The Candidate We Seek: Proven Commitment & Drive We are seeking exceptional individuals who have demonstrated the ability to balance rigorous academics with meaningful real‑world commitments.
Academic Foundation:
A completed
Bachelor's Degree
from a
Top 150‑ranked university
with a minimum overall
3.4 GPA .
Real‑World Acumen:
Possess a minimum of
six months of true work experience
(post‑graduate or continuous part‑time/full‑time during school), or significant responsibility held via long‑term internships.
Maturity and Responsibility:
Proven ability to "hold down a responsibility in school," evidenced through a strong history of internships.
Competitive Edge (If Graduated in Last Year):
Your resume must showcase an outstanding commitment in the last year through:
2+ Internships .
