A rapidly scaling cybersecurity company is seeking a highly skilled Executive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive executive and personal support to the CEO and light support to the President. The company delivers cutting-edge technology that protects organizations across industries. This role requires a polished, proactive professional who can balance high-level executive coordination with personal and household management, operating with exceptional discretion, organization, and adaptability in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

***Please note this is a hybrid role based in San Francisco with flexibility to be in office with the CEO and President when they are in San Francisco.***

Key Responsibilities

Provide high-level executive support to the CEO and President, including proactive calendar management, meeting coordination, and daily prioritization

Coordinate complex domestic and international travel itineraries with precision, acting as primary point of contact throughout all logistics

Prepare and process expense reports, reconcile spending, and assist with budgeting for both executive and household needs

Serve as the central liaison between the executive, internal teams, vendors, and external partners

Anticipate needs and act as a strategic gatekeeper — prioritizing communications, filtering requests, and ensuring follow-through

Assist with execution of meetings, presentations, events, and special projects

Provide light personal assistance including personal scheduling, reservations, gifting, and occasional errands

Remain accessible after hours for time-sensitive requests and urgent matters

Travel occasionally in support of executive engagements or logistics

Qualifications

2–5+ years of Executive Assistant experience supporting C-level or senior leadership (personal support experience a plus)

Proven ability to operate with exceptional judgment, confidentiality, and professionalism in fast-paced, high-touch environments

Highly organized with strong operational instincts — able to create systems, streamline processes, and stay several steps ahead

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to represent the executive with polish and discretion

Flexible and responsive — comfortable working across time zones and outside traditional business hours

Collaborative yet autonomous — able to take initiative while seamlessly integrating with a broader support structure

Salary:

$120,000 ‑ $150,000 annually, with equity and benefits.
