Job Summary The Senior Business Analyst serves as the primary liaison between the Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) and the Immunization team, supporting key business processes and applications, recommending process redesign, and driving expansion of the immunization information systems.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary liaison between the Immunization, IT, and other agency teams to facilitate communication and collaboration, ensuring alignment between technology solutions and business needs.

Support the organization’s key business processes and applications, recommending business process redesign where applicable to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Gather and document business requirements, translating them into clear user stories and detailed documentation to guide development and implementation phases.

Provide functional expertise to developers during design, construction, and test phases, ensuring implemented solutions meet business requirements and align with organizational objectives.

Develop and execute test scripts and test cases, developing testing scenarios in preparation for user acceptance testing.

Maintain business system standards by applying project management methods, tools, and processes as standard practice.

Prepare and deliver informative presentations and project status reviews to stakeholders, including process owners, customers, and other relevant parties.

Job Duties Perform discovery to determine current processes and procedures. Provide functional expertise to delivery teams during design, construction, and testing phases of projects. Gather and maintain business requirements and their respective product backlogs. Create and deliver related user documentation and end‑user training. Other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities (KSAs)

Systems analysis and design methodology, including BABOK framework.

Requirements gathering and documentation, with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.

Stakeholder engagement and conflict resolution.

Business process modeling and redesign.

Quality assurance and testing knowledge.

Excellent written and verbal communication.

Customer‑centric mindset and strong customer service skills.

Ability to synthesize feedback and prioritize tasks.

Technical documentation development.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree and/or 5 years of experience in business analysis (or equivalent).

Certification in Business Analysis (Competency Certification or CBAP).

Agile/Scrum Master or other project management certification.

Pre‑Employment Requirements

Valid Level 1 fingerprint clearance card (A.R.S. 36‑113).

Driver’s License if driving essential to the role.

Successful completion of the Electronic Employment Eligibility Verification Program (E‑Verify).
