Job Description Lead a cohesive creative vision across four brands, unifying seasonal product direction (quilts, comforters/duvets, sheeting, decorative pillows, throws) with campaign and content storytelling.
Drive innovation and category expansion, using trend and competitive insights to evolve existing lines and explore new ones.
Build and mentor a high‑performing creative team; elevate process and output from concept through production, on time and on budget.
Partner cross‑functionally with Marketing, Sales, and Product Development to ensure launches and messaging are tightly aligned.
Responsibilities
Lead a cohesive creative vision across four brands, unifying seasonal product direction (quilts, comforters/duvets, sheeting, decorative pillows, throws) with campaign and content storytelling.
Drive innovation and category expansion, using trend and competitive insights to evolve existing lines and explore new ones.

Requirements
12+ years in fashion/home/soft goods, including 3+ years leading a creative organization. Portfolio that shows brand‑level impact (product + marketing) and measurable growth outcomes.
Deep familiarity with bedding/soft‑home and the full design/production/marketing lifecycle.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
Type: Full‑time; $140,000-$170,000 plus benefits.
