Your seat to fill
Drive our global marketing strategy at a regional level, covering Trade Marketing, Digital, Brand Communication, Product Marketing and PR activities Strategic marketing planning for the local brand building and positioning Oversee marketing communications including branding, public relations, advertising, trade shows, events, social media, implement editorial marketing Be the marketing Go‑To person for the General Manager, Head of Sales & Head of Marketing Develop and manage channel and partner strategies and programs. Develop and track metrics and success criteria for all marketing programs and activities POS Excellence – implement POS guideline and oversee all marketing activities. Increase brand awareness at POS, fairs, print & social media Plan & drive events with key stakeholders both online & offline. Work closely with the sales team & our customers in the execution of global POS excellence strategy and e‑retail guidelines in your market and increase brand space online and offline. Collaborate with the Global Trade team and other parties to support in the Shop in Shops concept creation & project execution. Good understanding & analysis of the market trends, customer journey & consumer behaviors within the region, both online and offline Execute global strategy & coordinate new product launches locally Your stroll to CYBEX
Successfully completed a Bachelor/Master degree in Marketing or other business related fields Several years of relevant work experience as Marketing Manager in a brand/consumer centric environment Strong goal focus and customer orientation, affinity for design Exceptional track record of developing and implementing marketing programs that have consistently met objectives Ability to plan and manage at both strategic and operational levels Fluent Polish and Business English Prior leadership skills preferred with strong communication skills Hands on with a high sense of initiative, assertiveness & drive Analytical with high sense of organization Knows how to collaborate cross Matrix and manage multiple projects CYBEX operates globally and has employees from copious nations.
