Overview
The Account Director will be responsible for developing customer interaction strategies, collaborating with marketing, data, and product teams to enhance programs, and improving initiatives based on performance and feedback. Responsibilities
Strategy & Design:
Develop and implement integrated member engagement tactics and programs that align with business and brand goals. Data Analysis:
Analyze customer data and feedback to gain insights into customer behavior, identify trends, and pinpoint opportunities for program enhancement. Program Optimization:
Continuously optimize loyalty program features, rewards, promotions, and touchpoints to maximize customer satisfaction and drive repeat business. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with marketing, data, product, and other departments to ensure seamless integration of loyalty programs with overall business objectives. Campaign Management:
Partner with the execution teams on the development of campaigns and initiatives that promote program engagement, reduce churn, and improve customer lifetime value. Program Improvement:
Recommend and implement communication enhancements based on customer feedback, performance data, and competitive analysis. Qualifications
Education:
A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience:
Prior experience in customer loyalty, CRM, or related marketing roles is preferred. Technical Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite. Communication Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for crafting compelling messages and collaborating effectively. Organizational Skills:
Strong organizational, planning, and project management skills are needed to manage multiple communication initiatives. Analytical Skills:
The ability to analyze communication data and identify actionable insights is important for optimizing outreach. Additional information

This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
