We are looking for an attorney who is enthusiastic about aiding people in need of real estate legal services. Our firm protects the value of real estate investments by removing unwanted tenants, conducting successful real estate litigation and transactions, and pursuing justice for property owners who are harmed by others.

You will provide excellent representation to clients, demonstrating compassion and the ability to build connections. You must be experienced, skilled, knowledgeable, and self-assured in handling a workload with considerable autonomy while working with an excellent legal team.

Compensation is flexible and commensurate with experience and competence. The salary plan includes a base wage as well as production and performance bonuses. Responsibilities

Work with clients to prepare strategically for trial proceedings, mediation, and arbitration.

Argue motions in court on behalf of clients during legal proceedings.

Work with paralegals to complete legal research, investigation of facts, and prepare lawsuits, motions, and other legal briefs.

Prepare landlord notices to tenants and unlawful detainer lawsuits.

Work with clients to resolve real estate legal problems.

Attorneys At Our Firm Are Expected To

Serve clients enthusiastically and appropriately, based on client goals and circumstances.

Investigate claims, prepare demand letters, and attempt settlement prior to initiating litigation.

Aggressively manage a caseload of real estate litigation and unlawful detainer cases involving both residential and commercial properties (fraud, quiet title, action in partition, ejectment, and unlawful detainer).

Research, prepare, and file required motions; meet court deadlines; attend hearings; and advocate for clients.

Work with our team of paralegals, vendors, and administrative staff, providing leadership and direction to the team.

Take and defend depositions; conduct thorough discovery.

Prepare and present civil trials and unlawful detainer trials.

Develop an aggressive, strategic approach for each case that meets clients' goals.

Cultivate relationships with the team, clients, and our professional network.

The job is identified as "hybrid" because most employees at this firm prefer to work from their own homes. The firm also has a physical office space, boardroom, and can offer full-time workspace to employees upon request, depending on availability. Attorneys must be prepared to appear in court, in person or virtually, in San Diego, Riverside, and elsewhere in Southern California, on short notice. The firm provides computer equipment and a stipend for office furniture.

Compensation:

$150,000 - $200,000 yearly
