The What We’re looking for a

Sales Development Representative (SDR) Manager

to join our U.S. team in Minneapolis, MN. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape and scale our U.S. SDR organization from the ground up. You’ll lead and inspire a team of SDRs to generate high‑quality leads, drive pipeline growth, and support our overall sales strategy. The role is ideal for a strategic, hands‑on leader who loves coaching and collaboration, and is motivated by building structure and performance in a fast‑paced SaaS environment. You’ll work closely with Sales and Marketing leadership to refine outreach strategies and ensure SDR efforts align with Hoxhunt’s broader growth goals. The position is onsite, based in Minnesota at our Edina office.

Lead, coach, and develop a high‑performing SDR team by setting clear goals, providing regular feedback, and fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Design and execute effective messaging strategies that resonate with our target audiences and align with Hoxhunt’s value proposition. Partner with Marketing and Sales to ensure consistent, impactful communication across email, phone, and social.

Oversee campaigns that drive high‑quality lead generation and ensure pipeline targets are achieved.

Collaborate with Sales leadership to align SDR activities with revenue goals, analyze performance data, and implement strategies to optimize conversion rates.

Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Sales to ensure SDR efforts align with company priorities. Share insights on lead quality, market trends, and campaign performance to strengthen collaboration and inform broader strategy.

Promote an entrepreneurial mindset by encouraging experimentation and testing of new tools, technologies, and processes to enhance outreach efficiency and team effectiveness.

Track and report on SDR performance using dashboards and KPIs. Provide data‑driven insights to leadership and use findings to guide decision‑making and process optimization.

The Who

5+ years of experience in sales or business development, including 2+ years in a leadership role.

Proven success building and managing SDR or inside sales teams.

Strong strategic and analytical skills with the ability to design effective outreach programs.

Excellent communication and coaching abilities.

A collaborative, entrepreneurial mindset.

Proficiency in CRM and sales engagement tools (e.g., Salesforce, Outreach, or SalesLoft).

Experience in B2B SaaS preferred.

This full‑time role is based in our Minneapolis office, offering a base salary range of $100,000–$120,000 with a $140,000–$160,000 OTE.
