SDR Manager
to build and lead a high-performing outbound sales team. You will be joining a super collaborative team which will be raising their next funding in the near future, which will allow you to be part of their growth and journey at a very exciting time. What You’ll Do
Build, coach, and inspire a top-tier SDR and Account Executive team. Drive outbound strategy, goals, and performance. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product to align messaging and pipeline growth. Lead from the front – this is a player/coach role which will require you to be hands on. Use data to refine process, improve outcomes, and fuel growth. Who You Are
Proven experience leading SDR or BDR teams. Have sales experience in a B2B tech/SaaS environment. If you have not worked for a tech start-up before then experience opening up new markets or verticals would be of interest. Hands-on leader with a passion for developing talent. Someone who has experience bringing in new leads and nurturing them. Degree level education. Motivated by results, teamwork, and building something that matters. Why Join
