Application deadline: Jan 6, 2026 Base pay range: $138,200.00/yr – $239,000.00/yr The Amazon Web Services Professional Services (ProServe) team is seeking a skilled Sr. Delivery Consultant to join our team at AWS. In this role, you will work closely with customers to design, implement, and manage AWS solutions that meet their technical requirements and business objectives. You will be a key leader in driving customer success through their cloud journey, providing technical expertise and best practices throughout the project lifecycle. As a Senior Delivery Consultant, you will: Lead the design and implementation of complex, scalable, and secure AWS solutions tailored to customer needs. Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support throughout project delivery. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and propose effective migration strategies. Act as a trusted advisor on industry trends and emerging technologies. Share knowledge within the organization through mentoring, training, and creating reusable artifacts. Basic Qualifications: 5+ years of architecting/operating solutions built on any cloud service provider (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP, OCI). Experience in automating, deploying, and supporting infrastructure. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, related field, or equivalent experience. Experience leading application architecture/design/modernization projects, including cloud-based solutioning (AWS or equivalent), with AI and automation. Preferred Qualifications: AWS Professional level certification, or Associate's degree or above. Knowledge of compliance and security standards across the enterprise IT landscape. Proficiency in a wide range of AWS services (e.g., EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, IAM, VPC, CloudFormation). Experience with automation and scripting (e.g., Terraform, Python). Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical audiences. Experience leading large‑scale software development and modernization initiatives with diverse programming languages and Generative AI technologies. Proven ability to lead software engineering best practices across testing, source control, code reviews, and deployment/release management processes.
