Key Qualifications

Electrical Engineering degree or closely related field (required)

Minimum 2 years of patent prosecution experience, preferably with a focus on:

5G, Wi-Fi, and other wireless technologies

Artificial Intelligence (AI)

Processor and memory systems

Image processing and RF front-end systems

Registered with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) or eligible to register

Admitted to and in good standing with a U.S. Bar (or eligible to waive in)

Strong academic credentials and exceptional analytical, writing, and verbal communication skills

Preferred Technical Domain Experience

Autonomous vehicles

Robotics

Natural language processing

Wireless communications

Computer vision

Other AI-related technologies

Additional Experience

Experience managing global patent portfolios and advising clients on strategic IP matters is highly preferred

Proven ability to collaborate with inventors, engineers, and in-house counsel to translate innovation into strategic patent protection
