Responsibilities
New Business Development : Identify, pursue, and secure new clients within the aviation and aerospace sectors, achieving a new‑logo acquisition target.
Client Growth : Develop and expand relationships with existing clients, upselling and cross‑selling direct‑hire and recruitment solutions.
Team Leadership : Manage and mentor a small sales team, setting clear objectives, providing coaching, and ensuring accountability to targets.
Sales Strategy : Contribute to the development and execution of go‑to‑market strategies, territory planning, and account‑management best practices.
Pipeline & Forecasting : Build and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities, deliver accurate forecasts, and report to senior leadership.
Collaboration : Work closely with recruiters, marketing, and leadership to ensure client satisfaction and seamless delivery of recruitment services.
Market Insight : Stay current on aviation industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging client needs to shape business‑development strategies.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, marketing, or related field (preferred).
8+ years of progressive sales experience, with at least 3 years in aviation, aerospace, staffing, or talent‑acquisition services.
Hunter and growth‑based mindset with a proven record of achieving and exceeding sales targets (new‑logo acquisition and account growth).
Experience managing and developing small sales teams.
Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and closing skills.
Demonstrated active listening skills and solutions‑oriented approach.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Outstanding interpersonal skills, able to work across all areas within an entrepreneurial, flexible, high‑performance culture.
Self‑starter with high energy, entrepreneurial mindset, and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
Proficiency with CRM systems and sales reporting.
Open to travel (1–3 times per month).
Experience in aviation is a plus.
