Starting right out of college, I spent 12 years in Auto Claims before opening my agency in 1996. Over the years, Ive built a foundation of trust, service, and commitment that drives everything we do. Our team is made up of 6 full-time and 2 part-time professionals who work together to create a supportive and high-performing environment. Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues.
Maintain customer records and update information as needed.

Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Communication and problem-solving skills.
Experience in customer service preferred.
Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly.
