Base Salary Range: $58,000 - $72,000

Overview We’re hiring a Restaurant Manager to create an engaging, customer‑focused environment, guide a diverse team toward high standards, and help achieve the hotel’s financial objectives.

Responsibilities

Provide guests and patrons with friendly and professional service, excellent food quality, and strong price value in a well‑maintained environment.

Ensure timely meal delivery with attention to plating, portion, and temperature.

Develop cost‑saving initiatives and labor retention strategies in line with the hotel’s F&B financial goals.

Thoroughly train staff in service sequence, product knowledge, and continually meet guests’ needs.

Lead daily line‑up service education sessions.

Oversee training programs for servers, bussers, hosts, and bartenders, plus ongoing development programs and seminars.

Evaluate daily restaurant service performance.

Conduct employee discussions and evaluations.

Coordinate timely food production and collaborate with the Chef to maintain food quality and presentation.

Participate in evaluating food products, kitchen staff performance, and product development aligned with our market position.

Supervise selection, pricing strategy, and procurement of all liquors and wines.

Assist the General Manager and/or F&B Director in creating annual financial objectives and budgeting for the restaurant.

Execute and enhance the annual marketing plan, respond quickly to new opportunities, and maintain high operational standards to meet sales targets.

Maintain a focused approach to cost control, particularly in cost of sales and payroll.
