Job Overview Seeking a skilled Network Technical Consultant to regularly travel to Federal client sites domestically and internationally to assist in configuring, maintaining, troubleshooting, designing, and consulting services. This is in support of a major Private Cloud solution implementation and migration project for a Federal client.
Key Responsibilities
Travel to Federal client sites domestically and internationally.
Configure, maintain, troubleshoot, design, and consult on network solutions.
Support major Private Cloud solution implementation and migration project.
Required Skills & Experience
Configure, manage, and troubleshoot network switches from a variety of manufacturers.
Familiarity with Cloud Architecture and Network Design integration.
Experience with VXLAN & EVPN, including troubleshooting.
NSX experience.
Strong routing skills with ability to trace & troubleshoot (packet captures, OSPF, BGP, etc.).
Aruba CX experience.
Juniper routing/switching experience.
Network security capabilities.
Aruba ClearPass skills.
DoD STIG experience.
Familiarity with routing/switching SRGs.
Juniper vSRX Virtual Firewall skills & experience.
Additional Qualifications
Active Secret clearance required; ability to hold or obtain Top Secret.
Current passport and ability to travel domestically and internationally (international likely after 9+ months into project).
U.S. Citizenship required due to DoD clearance requirement.
Expert level experience.
Pay & Benefits The pay range for this position is $70.00 - $80.00/hr.
