Hybrid Role Employees are expected to work from our New York City office 3 days per week and may work remotely the remaining days.

Responsibilities

Assist in developing, supervising, and implementing Global PR campaigns that support Elizabeth Arden’s business objectives.

Work closely with cross‑functional teams (licensors, sales, marketing, creative, legal) to develop and gain alignment on holistic PR programs that drive media momentum, consumer brand awareness, and sales in priority national and regional markets.

Lead the creation of global PR toolkits to cascade to local markets.

Manage PR cadence calendar, communication, and asset rollout to global markets.

Oversee the planning and implementation of international press events.

Support the relationship management of licensors and talent for US PR responsibilities.

Plan and maintain the annual portfolio budget.

Ensure accuracy, maintain departmental standards for all PR reporting documents, and oversee global agency collaboration.

Secure approval on public‑facing PR documents (press releases, fact sheets, FAQs) with global marketing and legal teams.

Provide ongoing PR requests and guidance to local markets.

Influencer Marketing Responsibilities

Develop a global influencer strategy that includes influencer approach, concept, and cohorts that are strategically informed and conceptually creative.

Align with the social team on activation, influencer content co‑creation, UGC sharing, and overall social strategy.

Identify potential influencers directly and in collaboration with partners.

Conduct influencer outreach to engage and discuss opportunities and contract negotiations.

Manage existing influencer relationships through periodic engagement, Q&A, and dialog on potential opportunities.

Plan, schedule, execute, and measure influencer programs.

Define and manage performance metrics for influencer programs on a campaign basis.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in the Public Relations field (including beauty industry experience).

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, English, or a related field (preferred but not required).

Strong relationships with national media and the beauty influencer community.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills; confident in presenting and actively participating in meetings.

Strong writer and excellent team player who works well with others.

Superior organizational and follow‑up skills, good interpersonal relationship skills, and the ability to work with cross‑functional teams.

Ability to adapt quickly and thrive in a fast‑paced environment; prioritize and meet changing deadlines.

Entrepreneurial spirit to continually seek out efficiencies.

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and social media platforms.

Benefits & Compensation Base pay range for this position is $130,000 – $155,000 per year; total compensation may vary based on skills, experience, job‑related knowledge, and geographic location. Certain positions may also be eligible for short‑term incentives as part of total compensation.
