The Opportunity
Centerfield is looking for a talented Paid Search Specialist to join our team! This person will work closely with our talented Media Buying team to learn best practices in managing Google Ads, Meta, and other paid platforms. You will handle the operations involved with launching and maintaining both search and social campaigns, including ad scheduling, tracking, and optimization.
How You’ll Contribute
Paid Search Specialists help support Centerfield’s Media Buyers on pre- & post-campaign related tasks
You will be responsible for coordinating traffic, helping monitor the delivery of advertising campaigns, and supporting the department with campaign maintenance
Help identify and resolve issues that negatively impact campaigns
Bid management, account architecture, and day-to-day monitoring of campaign performance
Assess ad sets and creatives for optimization opportunities
Run weekly and daily performance reports and work with media buyers to produce campaign recap and verification reports for clients as needed
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities at once
Assist with any additional duties required to enable ad revenue growth, ensure efficient ad delivery, and organize campaign assets to help expedite efficient trafficking
Extract campaign data & generate reports that summarize campaign performance
Create and interpret performance reports to provide actionable insights
Help execute paid Meta campaigns; account setup, uploading creatives, strategy and tactical development, and organization
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s Degree
1‑2+ years of prior experience creating, managing, and optimizing either paid search or paid social campaigns
Advanced Excel skills – ability to complete VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables
Experience working with Meta Ads Manager and Business Manager (Facebook, Instagram, Audience Network)
Basic understanding of marketing KPIs + search matrices such as CPC, CTR, CPA, and conversion rates
Passion for digital media and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment
Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to articulate clearly and effectively in person and in writing
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities at once
An independent worker with strong time management and organization skills
Bonus Points
Experience using Tableau
Experience within Google Ads or Microsoft Ads
