Build and execute a successful sales strategy: know your market, target the right decision‑makers, and drive meaningful outreach. Consistently pursue high‑quality prospecting to lay the foundation for success. Master our solution and tools to speak to clients with confidence. Pitch Centerfield Social Commerce, deliver compelling proposals, and position solutions that fuel client growth. Share client insights and feedback to help leadership refine our offerings. Leverage Salesforce, SalesLoft, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Navigator to run a disciplined sales process and keep activity organized. Follow company processes, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance as we scale rapidly. Own your numbers: hit targets, track progress through reporting, and take full accountability for closing new business. Drive net‑new client wins that directly fuel Centerfield’s growth. Qualities We’re Looking For
3–5+ years of proven success in business development or acquisition sales, with a clear track record of consistently hitting and exceeding targets. A hunter’s mindset, building pipelines from scratch and closing net‑new logos. Direct experience selling into retail or e‑tail brands, understanding how they grow in competitive markets. Strong background in digital‑first industries such as e‑commerce, digital advertising, or affiliate marketing. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, navigating complex organizations and influencing executive stakeholders. A self‑starter who creates structure, prioritizes effectively, and moves fast in a high‑growth, evolving environment. Solid financial acumen, translating client growth goals into ROI‑driven business cases. Benefits
This is a hybrid position; employees are expected to work in our Playa Vista, CA office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Competitive salary plus generous quarterly bonus. Unlimited PTO.
