About the Role We’re looking for a Community Programs Manager to architect and scale NinjaOne’s peer group and community engagement programs. You’ll own the strategic direction of our partner communities—from designing peer group frameworks and recruiting thought leaders to curating the knowledge and content partners need most. Reporting to the Head of MSP Partnerships, this role blends facilitation, program strategy, and content leadership. You’ll collaborate across internal teams and with external experts to create meaningful, measurable community impact—driving expansion revenue, competitive displacement, and partner loyalty.

Location

– We are flexible on remote working from home, if you are located in the USA and reside in one of the following states: CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, IL, KS, ME, MA, MD, NJ, NC, NY, OR, TN, TX, VA, WA. Travel requirement: up to 40% to represent NinjaOne at industry events, product launches, and customer engagements.

What You’ll Be Doing Peer Group Strategy & Facilitation

Design, launch, and scale peer groups segmented by ICP and maturity

Launch and facilitate up to 15 peer groups by the end of 2026, including registration, agendas, and consistent engagement

Recruit, onboard, and facilitate both virtual and in-person cohorts with meaningful discussions and accountability check‑ins

Develop agendas, frameworks, and playbooks that promote tangible business outcomes for MSPs

Partner Portal & Content Curation Leadership

Work with Community and MSP Partnerships to define the strategic direction of the Partner Portal content

Identify key partner needs to grow, sell, and succeed through curated playbooks, frameworks, scripts, and benchmarks

Source and manage content creators—internal teams and external experts

Ensure content remains current, relevant, and aligned with NinjaOne’s partner growth philosophy

Thought Leadership & Speaker Management for Peer Group Events

Source, vet, and manage 20–30 annual speakers, including MSP CEOs, private‑equity leaders, and subject‑matter experts

Collaborate with each speaker to design sessions aligned with community objectives and partner needs

Integrate event takeaways, recordings, and materials back into the Partner Portal and peer group library

Program Growth & Measurement

Track engagement, satisfaction, and community‑driven pipeline performance

Deliver quarterly impact reports tied to upsell, cross‑sell, and competitive conversion metrics

Expand the community into new partner segments and geographic regions

Build and maintain strong relationships with peer group members

Partner with the broader team to identify and train facilitators for future peer groups

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Enablement, and Sales Engineering on content priorities and community alignment

Partner closely with the Community Coordinator for flawless execution, reporting, and delivery

Ensure community insights inform and influence broader company initiatives

Other duties as needed

About You

5+ years of experience in partner programs, community management, or channel enablement within a B2B SaaS or MSP environment

Proven ability to build and scale structured peer groups, partner boards, or professional communities that drive engagement and measurable business value

Strong understanding of channel ecosystems, community engagement, and enablement best practices

Skilled facilitator and relationship builder; confident engaging executives and leading meaningful discussions

Experience defining content strategies and collaborating with internal teams and external creators

Strong Salesforce literacy with the ability to interpret and communicate key reporting insights

Exceptional communication, storytelling, and project leadership skills

Highly organized and detail‑oriented; capable of managing multiple concurrent initiatives and events

Proficiency with CRM and productivity tools

Willingness to travel for peer groups, conclaves, and NinjaOne’s user conference (8–10 trips per year)

Due to operational policies, NinjaOne is unable to hire for this role within the city limits of Chicago. We will consider all qualified candidates who reside outside of the city proper or are willing to self‑relocate.

Compensation & Benefits Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job‑related factors, including but not limited to location, market demands, experience, job‑related knowledge, and skills. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, and PTO. For roles based in California, Colorado, Maryland, New Jersey or Washington the base salary hiring range for this position is $90,000 to $126,000 per year with On Target Earnings of $150,000 to $210,000 per year. For roles based in New York, the base salary hiring range is $90,000 to $126,000 per year with On Target Earnings of $150,000 to $210,000 per year.
