ROLE OVERVIEW

FTV is looking for a dynamic, analytical and detail-oriented professional based in New York to support investor relations (IR) and capital formation efforts. This role will primarily focus on supporting various IR and capital formation activities, including project management, due diligence questionnaires, pitchbooks, investor communications and market research. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Investor Relationships Support Support in managing multiple IR projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and work is completed efficiently. Help develop, refine and maintain marketing materials and investor presentations. Analyze fund performance data and portfolio metrics to develop clear, data-driven narratives for investor communications. Support the planning and execution of key investor events such as: Annual Partner Conference (FTV’s AGM), LP update webinars, and ad hoc Fund Governance Committee meetings (FTV’s LPAC). Help manage quarterly investor reporting process, including assisting with the timely and efficient drafting of quarterly and annual reports. Respond to investor inquiries, maintaining accurate and timely communications. Work cross-functionally with investment, finance, marketing and legal teams to synthesize data across deal pipelines, realized exits, and active portfolio companies for LP reporting and communications. Capital Formation Help the senior team in preparing the overall capital formation strategy, timeline and execution plan. Draft and maintain capital formation documents, including Private Placement Memo and Due Diligence Questionnaires. Coordinate the preparation of data room materials, including deal case studies, historical track record analysis, investment pipeline summaries, and portfolio metrics. Support diligence processes from initial outreach through legal close, working closely with senior team members. Market & Competitor Research Conduct ongoing market intelligence to identify emerging trends, economic indicators, and macro-level developments relevant to private equity, the firms’ portfolio sectors and institutional investor behavior. Provide regular updates and insights to the IR team and senior leadership on private equity market dynamics and institutional investor activity. Benchmark FTV and its portfolio companies against peer firms and industry standards, providing insights into relative performance, positioning and strategy. Integrate research and data into investor presentations and marketing materials. Data Management Help maintain and update investor databases and CRM systems, ensuring all investor information is current and accurate. Monitor and track investor engagement, ensuring all inquiries and follow-ups are logged and addressed promptly. Support ongoing enhancements to IR systems, processes, and tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness. KEY QUALIFICATIONS

At least two years of investor relations or investment experience, investment banking experience or consulting experience. Strong analytical and financial skills. Exceptional communication skills both oral and written. Impeccable integrity and strong team orientation. Ability to perform in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with time-sensitive deadlines and multiple demands.
