Job Purpose Performs a wide variety of electronic or electro‑mechanical assembly operations on assemblies or sub‑assemblies. Determines and/or follows methods and sequence of operations in performing wiring, component installation, and cable harnessing on assembly units. Makes setups and adjustments holding tolerances to blueprint specifications.
Responsibilities
Responsible for assembly and quality control of mechanical components and systems.
Works from detailed engineering instructions, drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate assembly of mechanical parts and equipment.
Uses hand tools and power tools to assemble units.
Maintains accurate records of assembly processes and results, ensuring proper documentation of work.
Tracks and maintains parts, tools, and equipment inventory, ensuring materials are stocked for continuous production.
Adheres to company safety protocols and maintains a clear and organized workplace.
Knowledge of ISO standards or other industry certifications is a PLUS.
Education & Experience
At least 2–4 years of experience with electronic sub‑assemblies and system integration.
Manual dexterity skills (proficiency with hand and power tools).
Basic understanding of mechanical systems and components.
Problem‑solving skills and ability to work as a team player.
Ability to communicate and follow manufacturing process instructions in English.
Previous knowledge (one+ year) of electronic sub‑assemblies and system integration.
Ability to lift up to 20–45 pounds.
Availability to work weekends and flexible hours if needed.
Salary & Benefits Salary Range (annual): $41,600 – $54,080 ($20 – $26 per hour)
Actual base pay within this range (determined at the offer stage) will be based on a candidate’s years of relevant work experience, education, certifications, and skills, and is just one element of our total rewards package.
The total rewards package also includes a variety of benefits, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, a savings plan, company‑paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business, and, depending on the role, may include eligibility for restricted stock unit awards and participation in a discretionary bonus program.
