Project Engineer
to support their Water/Wastewater work across the Dallas metro. This field-first Engineering role focuses on keeping complex public projects running smoothly, safely, and on budget. What You’ll Do
Support the planning and execution of water and wastewater treatment plant projects. Assist with managing project schedules, budgets, submittals, and subcontractor coordination. Work closely with field teams to ensure construction meets design specifications and quality standards. Coordinate with engineers, inspectors, and owner representatives to maintain alignment and avoid delays. Maintain accurate project documentation, assist with forecasting, and support close‑out processes. Monitor compliance with safety, environmental, and quality control protocols. Prepare and track RFIs, submittals, change orders, and other technical documentation. What You’ll Need
2+ years of experience on water/wastewater treatment plants or heavy civil utility projects. Solid understanding of civil, mechanical, and structural systems used in WTP/WWTP construction. Familiarity with public sector infrastructure work and associated documentation. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and technical submittals. OSHA 30 certification or willingness to obtain. Strong communication and coordination skills across field and office personnel. What’s On Offer
