Job Description

The Account Manager reports to the Vice President of Operations. Major responsibilities include the following duties: Manage daily operational and administrative functions across security contracts employing Inter-Con personnel Keep the Vice President of Operations apprised of contract performance by communicating status of compliance and identifying deficiencies in a timely manner Support the Vice President of Operations in operational decision-making Develop and implement project plans for key strategic initiatives to improve operations capabilities and responsiveness Compile productivity and performance SLAs, KPIs, and dashboard reports for executive level review Ensure the highest standards of conduct, appearance, performance and training are met

Required Skills/Abilities

Ability to independently develop reports, spreadsheets, diagrams, charts, graphs, and other documents (MS Word, Excel, Access, SharePoint) Understanding of security operations and contracts management (preferred) Ability to utilize data to drive operations and understand KPIs Strong interpersonal, critical thinking, and time management skills Excellent communication and teamwork mindset Experience in a supervisory office setting (preferred) Comfortable in a fast-paced, sometimes stressful environment Technologically proficient with MS Office; scheduling platforms a plus Project management experience; PMP certification a plus Adept at leading teams in complex problem solving; customer service orientation Ability to interact effectively with all levels of management Flexibility to meet deadlines in a high tempo environment Excellent time management, organization and multi-tasking skills Dependable team player with a positive attitude; able to work in a matrixed environment

Education and Experience

Preferred candidate has either an honorable military discharge, a Bachelor's degree, or 5 years of experience in operations management and project management.

Physical Requirements

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer; lift up to 15 pounds Near and far vision and acute hearing for interactions with the public Flexibility regarding job assignments, locations, and mandatory overtime Occasional time flexibility based on company needs
