Job Description The Corporate Training Manager is a strategic and analytical professional who thrives amid the complexities of change within a rapidly scaling organization. This role requires a confident communicator who blends charisma with emotional intelligence, crafting clear and compelling training content to engage and persuade audiences with competing priorities. A proven track record of independently leading impactful initiatives and a practical, hands-on approach to rolling out effective training programs is essential.

This individual excels at creating clear and actionable standard operating procedures (SOPs), streamlining processes, and using data to shape departmental initiatives. Proven leadership experience and a track record of cultivating and managing high-performing teams are essential.

Key Responsibilities Operational Strategy & Execution

Develop and scale existing training programs, optimizing training team resources.

Establish and monitor KPIs to measure department performance.

Regularly report performance metrics and improvements to department leadership.

Ensure training produces competent team members proficient in corporate systems and processes.

Identify opportunities to expand training programs, supporting Inter-Con's growth as a market leader in the security industry.

Team Leadership

Lead and mentor the training team, aligning efforts with departmental objectives.

Foster a culture of accountability, curiosity, and continuous improvement.

Provide guidance and support to help team members grow and excel.

Training Program Development & Implementation

Create and maintain training curriculum.

Support the development of SOPs, playbooks, and comprehensive training documentation.

Track trainee competence through assessments and provide feedback to Department Leads.

Data-Driven Decision Making

Analyze training data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities.

Develop clear reports and presentations to support strategic recommendations.

Maintain a proactive, data-driven approach to decision-making.
