Overview We’re looking for a Freelance Account Supervisor to lead day‑to‑day Lexus Dealer Association (LDA) Experiential programs across key Southern region markets. In this role, you’ll develop goal‑driven plans that bring LDA objectives to life, build trusted relationships with partners and Team One field teams, and ensure every program runs with integrity and impact.
What You’ll Do
Assist in managing current Lexus experiential initiatives and partnerships in the Southern Area across categories such as sports, culinary, music, performing arts, and entertainment.
Develop experiential strategic presentations, recommendations, recaps, and metrics for Lexus clients.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with partners to ensure partnership objectives are met and sponsorship benefits fulfilled.
Manage partnership budgets and financial processes including PO/invoicing and vendor setups.
Manage creative assets and sponsorship contracts with the aid of the legal team.
Collaborate with internal teams (account management, media planning, creative, strategy, etc.) to support Lexus sales plans, vehicle launches, and retail initiatives.
What You Bring
A bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business, Marketing, Sports Management, Advertising, or Communications).
6–7 years of event marketing, sponsorship/partnership marketing, or sports marketing experience.
Strong Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills.
Experience with Photoshop is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication and listening skills.
Ability to build rapport and collaborate with internal teams, external vendors, and partners.
Willingness to work nights, weekends, and travel up to 25% of the time.
Strong organization, time management, and multi‑project handling.
Polished presentation skills and confidence presenting to clients.
Team‑oriented, self‑motivated, and adaptable to fast‑paced environments.
Attention to detail and solid project‑management capabilities.
