About The Position: Account Executives (AE’s) are responsible for prospecting and acquiring new healthcare practices as clients by performing marketing consultations via phone/video. AEs work closely with prospective clients to identify marketing goals and then match them with the best service level that will meet each client’s needs.
Responsibilities:
Schedules and performs live marketing consultations with clients, using a web marketing demo presentation.
Qualifies inbound leads and performs live consultations to qualified decision makers.
Prospects clients over the phone or in person to achieve their monthly new opportunity objectives.
Demonstrates a high level of knowledge of digital marketing.
Identifies prospects’ needs and recommends the appropriate marketing solutions to achieve the client needs.
Monitors competitors, including pricing and services.
Addresses client concerns and ensures the resolution of issues in a timely manner.
Provides updates, suggestions and/or optimizations to improve client performance and increase incremental revenues.
Required to meet weekly, monthly and annual productivity and sales metrics.
Requirements:
1 Year+ in sales closing experience selling a SaaS product to small businesses as an Account Executive. (Must be in your most recent role).
1 Year+ of sales experience in Digital Marketing or TV/Online Ad sales (Plus).
6 Months or more in a SDR/BDR role calling on Small Business (Plus).
Excellent, professional written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multitask and stay highly organized.
Strong organizational and analytical skills.
Energy, hustle, and appetite for growth and responsibility.
Detail oriented and self-motivated.
BS or BA preferred or equivalent work experience.
Remote for candidates applying within Pacific, Mountain or Central time zones.
Must have Hi-Speed Internet.
Compensation:
Base Salary: $52,500 annually.
Total Compensation: On average, AE’s earn approximately $101,292 annually with commissions. Top-performing reps can make $175,000 annually.
Commission Structure: Uncapped, paid monthly.
