About The Role This role sits inside a team responsible for a client with a focus on Custody and Fund services and thus experience in both areas would be beneficial to that relationship. The purpose of the role is to onboard customers, provide day to day processing, review and sign‑off and supervisory and signatory support for the business whilst bringing a high level of knowledge and experience in the identification of level of data, client due diligence and testing required.

Your Duties Will Include

Review data and/or CDD requirements for all data subjects, ensuring all expected documentation is received

Ensure all relative communications have been responded to in line with expectations

Assist team members, including mentoring and coaching, on all matters relating to onboarding, and on‑going processes surrounding CDD requirements

Manage process for the review and sign off all data subjects risk‑rated reviews

Act as a signatory of Suntera (Guernsey) Limited

To be a key member of the team, and work with other team members to ensure that all regulatory and client service matters are dealt with in a timely manner

Any other ad‑hoc tasks and responsibilities as assigned to you by your Manager

Skills and Requirements

Experience and knowledge of Guernsey regulatory requirements with respect to the CDD and client risk profiling process

Good understanding of computerised systems and software used for the CDD process, although training will be given

Good interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to work to deadlines and meet and define KPIs
