About The Role

As a Client Relationship Manager, you will provide efficient, timely and high-quality administration services to a continually expanding, multi-billion family trust structure. This structure liaises daily with the large family office located abroad and includes listed trading companies, traditional financial investments, Private Equity, early-stage tech start-ups, art, property, private jets and yachts. The structure oversees a number of other entities located in a number of external jurisdictions. Your Duties

Work with a team of 5, providing support to the ACD and Client Director. Assist with short- to long-term admin projects to ensure the clients/family office continue to receive a high level of service in line with the Company’s values. Help mitigate risk factors by reviewing and managing administration and compliance work. Act as a “C” Signatory. Assist with providing financial information and oversight sufficient for our accountants to draft financial statements. Undertake FATCA/CRS reporting and similar work. Assist intermediaries in meeting their client’s expectations within legal and regulatory frameworks. Maintain a proactive relationship with the clients and family office. Provide a collaborative approach to joint projects. Open client bank/investment accounts and related tasks. Prepare payments and monitor transactions. Maintain Business Central and DMS databases. Provide general support to team members. Maintain CPD requirements and stay current with industry developments. Handle any other ad-hoc tasks and responsibilities assigned by your Manager. About You

You will have strong relevant experience and strong interpersonal skills. Attributes That Would Also Be Advantageous

Experience and understanding of managing trust structures. Qualified in STEP, CGI, ACCA or similar professional qualification, or working towards the same. Proactive and forward-thinking with the ability to handle tasks independently and use initiative. Excellent organisational and communication skills. Ability to work to deadlines and meet and define KPIs. Ability to be a brand ambassador and role model for the brand values of empowering responsible ambition. Personal Qualities
