Put clients first and exceed their expectations by delivering attentive, friendly service and creating a welcoming environment. Manage assigned clients and proactively meet with them in-person and by phone to build lasting relationships, understand their financial needs, and tailor product and service recommendations. Engage in clear, consultative communication, asking questions and listening to understand and anticipate client needs. Educate and connect clients to technology solutions such as the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs to help them banking any time, any place. Learn products, services, and procedures quickly and accurately to consult clients effectively and connect them to our experts for specialized needs. Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements. Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills
1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or related industries with proven success in establishing new clients, deepening relationships, and delivering results. Ability to create memorable client experiences and elevate client service. Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone, with proven ability to tailor features and benefits to clients with differing needs. Detail-oriented problem‑solving skills to resolve client issues consistently. Operate within established risk parameters and meet internal and external compliance obligations, including required training. High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent. Required licenses: SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (including 63 if required), and Life licenses. All unlicensed applicants must obtain these licenses within 180 days of hire through JPMC’s licensing program. Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and some evenings. College degree or military equivalent. Experience in adhering to banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Dodd Frank/Truth in Lending Act
This position is subject to the Dodd‑Frank/Truth in Lending Act qualification requirements for Loan Originators. Employment is contingent upon JPMC’s review of criminal history, credit and other relevant information. Felony convictions within the last seven years disqualify candidates.
