is seeking a
Cloud DevSecOps Engineer
to advance our cloud strategy and build secure, scalable CI/CD pipelines.
Primary Responsibilities
Partner with engineers and IT staff to orchestrate code builds, quality and security analyses, deployments, and automated testing through CI/CD pipelines.
Translate business requirements into technology solutions and design autonomous pipelines for cloud deployments.
Ensure all pipeline components follow sound software engineering practices, including automated tests and infrastructure tests.
Research and implement new technologies that improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Build tools to reduce errors and improve customer experiences.
Troubleshoot production and pipeline incidents, performing root‑cause analysis and implementing preventive measures.
Develop and test infrastructure as code using Ansible Playbooks, Terraform, Packer, and other IaC tools.
Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture, Information Security, and Quality Assurance to enable full cloud automation.
Provide guidance to less experienced colleagues.
Requirements
High School Diploma or GED with ten (10) years of post‑secondary education and/or experience in Information Security or Information Technology.
Preferred Qualifications
Six (6) years of relevant DevSecOps experience.
AWS DevOps or Azure DevOps certification.
Experience building and deploying cloud‑native applications (OpenShift, AKS).
Proficiency with real‑time pipeline metrics and deployment strategies such as Blue/Green and Canary.
Experience with secrets management solutions (e.g., HashiCorp Vault).
Knowledge of chaos engineering and testing tools for CI/CD pipelines.
Comfortable developing pipelines as code using YAML, Ansible, Terraform, etc.
Skills and Competencies
Excellent communication and mentoring ability.
Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, networking, and security services.
Proficient in Python.
Experience with Jenkins, Azure DevOps, Ansible, Terraform, Packer, Git, and related tools.
Knowledge of shift‑left principles and facilitation technologies.
