Join our Molecular Imaging team as a Product Lifecycle Manager for Neurology Applications that drives innovation at the intersection of technology and clinical excellence. This role leads the strategy, development, and lifecycle management of neurology software applications within Siemens Healthineers’ Molecular Imaging portfolio. Collaborating across R&D, marketing, and clinical teams, the position transforms customer and market insights into solutions that advance precision imaging and improve patient outcomes.

Responsibilities
Managing the product lifecycle for Molecular Imaging Neurology applications, ensuring alignment with clinical needs and business objectives.
Overseeing partner management for third‑party dosimetry applications, maintaining collaboration, compliance, and technical integration.
Elaborating requirements and creating product concepts for Molecular Imaging Neurology software applications, while supporting concept definition for General Nuclear Medicine software.
Participating in product strategy and roadmap planning, analyzing inbound market trends, positioning competitively, and evaluating sales performance.
Soliciting customer and user requirements while specifying and maintaining market and system requirements.
Driving business‑case development, project scoping, requirements prioritization, and concept development to deliver releases that achieve commercial and clinical success.
Supporting R&D during product realization by reporting progress, conducting risk analysis, controlling changes, and sharing customer feedback.
Contributing to the development of key product claims and crafting compelling marketing narratives for each release.
Establishing product configuration strategy and defining price book content and pricing models.
Developing and strengthening key customer relationships while planning and directing customer use testing to validate performance and usability.
Planning and conducting training sessions and product rollouts for applications and product specialists.
Participating in install‑base management, sustaining engineering activities, and resolving product complaints to ensure continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or higher in a technical or clinical field such as Medical Physics, Medical Technology, or CNMT with nuclear and CT background.
Several years of professional experience, demonstrating the ability to operate as a self‑starter in dynamic, cross‑functional environments.
Hands‑on experience with SPECT and/or PET Neurology imaging, along with broad knowledge of General Nuclear Medicine imaging.
Commitment to continuous learning and staying current with advances in the Molecular Imaging Neurology field.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, enabling effective collaboration with global teams and stakeholders.
Willingness to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally, with flexibility to support evolving business needs.
Compensation & Benefits Base Pay Range: Min $143,900 – Max $215,860. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. If this is a commission eligible position, commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
