Lead integration and realize benefits in complex transactions.
Guide large projects and innovate processes to achieve success.
Interact with clients at a senior level to drive project outcomes.
Develop cohesive HR deal plans and coordinate functional workstreams.
Foster productive teamwork environments and motivate teams.
Leverage knowledge in M&A, integrations, and divestitures.
Maintain operational excellence throughout project execution.
Build trust with multilevel teams and stakeholders.
What You Must Have
Bachelor's Degree.
7 years of experience.
What Sets You Apart
Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management, Business Administration/Management, Organizational Behavior Studies, or Organizational Management preferred.
Demonstrating proven business acumen and problem‑solving skills.
Excelling in relationship management and cross‑functional collaboration.
Building and fostering productive teamwork environments.
Mentoring and coaching staff for business development.
Structuring and leading HR functions in complex deals.
Supporting HR functional standalone and synergy assessments.
Aligning stakeholders to develop cohesive HR deal plans.
Partnering with clients for global mobility and compliance.
Compensation & Benefits The salary range for this position is: $124,000 - $280,000, plus an annual discretionary bonus.
