Job Overview At PwC, our people in deals focus on providing strategic advice and support to clients in areas such as mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and restructuring. Those in deal integration and valuation realization focus on assisting clients in successfully integrating acquisitions and maximizing the value of their investments. The Senior Manager – Human Capital Integration will be responsible for conducting valuations, performing financial analysis, and developing strategies for post‑merger integration.

Responsibilities
Lead integration and realize benefits in complex transactions.
Guide large projects and innovate processes to achieve success.
Interact with clients at a senior level to drive project outcomes.
Develop cohesive HR deal plans and coordinate functional workstreams.
Foster productive teamwork environments and motivate teams.
Leverage knowledge in M&A, integrations, and divestitures.
Maintain operational excellence throughout project execution.
Build trust with multi‑level teams and stakeholders.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree.
7 years of experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management, Business Administration/Management, Organizational Behavior Studies, or Organizational Management.
Demonstrating proven business acumen and problem‑solving skills.
Excelling in relationship management and cross‑functional collaboration.
Building and fostering productive teamwork environments.
Mentoring and coaching staff for business development.
Structuring and leading HR functions in complex deals.
Supporting HR functional standalone and synergy assessments.
Aligning stakeholders to develop cohesive HR deal plans.
Partnering with clients for global mobility and compliance.
Location Silicon Valley, CA.
Compensation Salary range: $124,000 - $280,000, plus an annual discretionary bonus. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), holiday pay, vacation, personal and family sick leave.
